The team We are looking for the Senior Expert Engineer who shapes the technical direction of ING's Omnichannel and help realize ING's scalable bank strategy across countries. Omnichannel is where ING connects with customers across countries. Based in the Netherlands, close to one of ING's largest customer bases, our focus is on designing, building and operating the solutions behind Conversational Banking, OneApp, OneWeb and Assisted Channels. These customer journeys solutions are reused across countries, including the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy and Australia, with further adoption planned across the ING network.
