Wir suchen für unseren Kunden ab sofort: 1 Senior Expert Konzernrechnungswesen / IFRS (m/w/d) in Sankt Pölten

Du möchtest im Konzernrechnungswesen nicht nur Abschlüsse begleiten, sondern Bilanzierungsstandards aktiv weiterentwickeln, regulatorische Neuerungen in die Praxis übersetzen und bei zentralen Projekten mitgestalten?

Für eine etablierte Bank in St. Pölten suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit für das IFRS Competence Center / Accounting Excellence. Dich erwartet eine Senior-Expert:innenrolle mit hoher fachlicher Eigenständigkeit und viel Austausch innerhalb der gesamten Unternehmensgruppe.

Deine Rolle

Du ...

* bearbeitest und beurteilst komplexe IFRS- und Bilanzierungsfragestellungen

* entwickelst das Accounting Manual sowie interne Benutzer- und Fachhandbücher laufend weiter

* analysierst regulatorische Neuerungen und leitest daraus konkrete Anforderungen für die Organisation ab

* begleitest fachbereichsübergreifende Projekte und Neueinführungen

* fungierst als kompetente Ansprechperson für unterschiedliche Ressorts und Gesellschaften innerhalb der Gruppe

* bringst Informationen proaktiv in die Organisation und unterstützt bei der Umsetzung neuer Anforderungen

* arbeitest an der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Standards im Sinne von Accounting Excellence

Das bringst du mit

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung - idealerweise 5 bis 6 Jahre oder mehr - im Bereich IFRS, Bilanzierung, Konzernrechnungswesen oder Audit

* fundierte IFRS- und Bilanzierungskenntnisse

* ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Accounting, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Freude daran, komplexe fachliche Themen verständlich aufzubereiten und unterschiedliche Stakeholder einzubinden

* eine selbstständige, proaktive und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke und Offenheit - du wartest nicht auf Informationen, sondern holst sie dir und bringst Themen aktiv voran

Deine bisherige Branche ist dabei nicht entscheidend. Auch Kandidat:innen aus Wirtschaftsprüfung bzw. Big Four sind ausdrücklich interessant.

Ein Plus, aber kein Muss

Erfahrung mit SAP bzw. SAP S/4HANA, insbesondere im Rahmen einer Einführung, Kenntnisse im Treasury Accounting sowie Interesse an Datenbanken sind willkommen. Im Projektumfeld wird unter anderem mit Jira, Confluence und M365-Lösungen gearbeitet.

Das erwartet dich

* Du kommst in ein langjährig eingespieltes und fachlich starkes Team, in dem Wissen geteilt und gegenseitige Unterstützung gelebt wird. Die Zusammenarbeit innerhalb der Bank ist familiär, freundschaftlich und gruppenübergreifend.

* Ein wöchentliches Jour fixe mit der Gruppenleitung sorgt ebenso für regelmäßigen Austausch wie transparente Zielvereinbarungen und halbjährliche Orientierungsgespräche. Erwartungen, Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten und Ziele werden klar miteinander besprochen.

* Dienstort: St. Pölten

* Homeoffice: bis zu 50 % im Quartal, flexibel gestaltbar

* Start: ab sofort bzw. nach Vereinbarung

Gehalt: zwischen 4.500,- und 6.000,- brutto/Monat, abhängig von Erfahrung und Qualifikation
