Werden ... 1 Senior Expert Plansee Operations Development (f/m/d) Ihre Aufgaben: Als Senior Entwicklungsexpert:in gestalten Sie die Entwicklung und Anwendung von Komponenten aus Refraktärmetallen für Ionenimplanter-Systeme in der Halbleiterfertigung innerhalb des Produktportfolios der Business Division Electronics.

* Fachliche Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung des globalen IonImplanter-Portfolios bei Schlüsselkunden sowie Ableitung von Technologie-Roadmaps und Entwicklungsstrategien in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams in Asien und den USA * Leitung kundenrelevanter Entwicklungsprojekte für Fertigprodukte und Halbzeuge aus Molybdän, Wolfram und deren Legierungen, mit besonderem Fokus auf Anwendungen in Ionenimplanter-Systemen * Technische Beratung internationaler Kunden bei anwendungs- und einsatzbezogenen Fragestellungen sowie strukturierte Übersetzung von Kunden- und Systemanforderungen in Produktspezifikationen * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Qualitätssicherung, Logistik, Prozessengineering Produktion und weiteren Entwicklungsabteilungen innerhalb der globalen Plansee Organisationsstruktur * Verantwortung für die Bearbeitung werkstoff-, prozess- und anwendungsbezogener Problemstellungen, einschließlich Unterstützung bei Ursachenanalysen und technischen Bewertungen sowie Zusammenarbeit mit Kooperations- und Forschungspartnern

Ihr Profil: * Abgeschlossenes Studium, ggf. mit Promotion, im Bereich Mikroelektronik, Halbleiterphysik, Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau oder Metallphysik mit langjähriger einschlägiger Berufserfahrung; alternativ vergleichbare technische Ausbildung mit langjähriger einschlägiger Berufspraxis * Fundiertes Anwendungswissen im Bereich Ionenimplantation bzw. vergleichbarer Prozesse in der Halbleiterfertigung (PVD, Ätzen, Plasmaprozesse) und breites Verständnis des Aufbaus, der Funktionsweise und der Prozessanforderungen von Ionenimplanter-Systemen * Kenntnisse der Werkstoffe Molybdän und Wolfram sowie Erfahrungen mit pulvermetallurgischen Herstell- und Metallverarbeitungsprozessen wünschenswert * Analytische bzw. strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe anwendungs-, werkstoff- und prozesstechnische Zusammenhänge verständlich darzustellen, Projektmanagementkompetenz * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Bereitschaft zu nationalen und internationalen Dienstreisen (max. 25 %)
