Onze klant behoort tot de wereldtop in de productie van diepgevroren aardappelproducten voor private labels. Vanuit een internationale organisatie wordt dagelijks gewerkt aan groei, innovatie en duurzame samenwerkingen. Om de commerciële activiteiten binnen Europa verder te ondersteunen, zoeken we een ervaren finance professional die cijfers vertaalt naar strategische commerciële beslissingen.

In deze functie ben je de financiële sparringpartner van de Europese commerciële organisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met Sales, Marketing en het management en ondersteunt hen met analyses, inzichten en advies die bijdragen aan winstgevende groei.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bent de financiële partner van de commerciële teams binnen Europa.
  • Je ondersteunt Sales en Marketing met analyses rond omzet, marges, pricing en winstgevendheid.
  • Je adviseert bij prijszetting, promoties, klantonderhandelingen en nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Je leidt de financiële planning, waaronder budgetten, forecasts en langetermijnplanningen.
  • Je volgt omzet, brutomarges en commerciële uitgaven op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je analyseert de rendabiliteit van klanten, producten en commerciële activiteiten.
  • Je voert variantieanalyses uit en brengt risico's en opportuniteiten in kaart.
  • Je vertaalt complexe financiële data naar heldere managementrapporteringen en concrete aanbevelingen.
  • Je ondersteunt strategische projecten rond commerciële groei, pricing en businessontwikkeling.
  • Je denkt actief mee over de optimalisatie van financiële processen, rapportering en commerciële tools.
  • Je behaalde een master in Finance, Accounting, Economie of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 7 jaar ervaring binnen Commercial Finance, FP&A, Controlling of Operations Finance.
  • Je hebt ervaring in samenwerking met Sales-, Marketing- of Pricing-teams.
  • Ervaring binnen een internationale omgeving of Europese markten is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en hebt ervaring met financiële modellering, scenarioanalyses en rendabiliteitsanalyses.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Excel en PowerPoint.
  • Ervaring met SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau of gelijkaardige tools is een plus.
  • Je communiceert vlot en weet financiële inzichten begrijpelijk over te brengen naar niet-financiële stakeholders.
  • Je bent proactief, werkt zelfstandig en bouwt sterke relaties op binnen de organisatie.
