Het eHealthplatform, een beveiligd uitwisselingsplatform voor medische informatie, zal papieren doktersbriefjes en doktersvoorschriften op termijn overbodig maken. Daarnaast zorgt de ICT-service Dimona er voor dat de RSZ de sociale bescherming van 4 miljoen werknemers snel kan laten evolueren, ongeacht hoe snel ze van job veranderen. Handig? Jobomschrijving

Als Senior Finance Manager ondersteun je de Financieel Directeur bij de verdere uitbouw en professionalisering van de Financiële Dienst. Je combineert een stevige financiële expertise met organisatiesensitiviteit en bent een belangrijke sparringpartner voor zowel de directie als interne stakeholders. In deze rol ligt de nadruk op budgettering, analytische boekhouding, kostprijsberekeningen en financiële rapportering binnen een complexe organisatiecontext.

- Je ondersteunt de opmaak, opvolging en analyse van budgetten, meerjarenplannen, forecasts en financiële scenario's. - Je staat in voor diepgaande financiële analyses, kostprijsberekeningen en analytische boekhouding en vertaalt de resultaten naar bruikbare managementinformatie. - Je bewaakt mee de kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en transparantie van de financiële rapportering. - Je beschikt over een goede kennis van de algemene boekhouding en zorgt mee voor een correcte financiële verwerking en opvolging van de activiteiten. - Je onderhoudt contacten met het Rekenhof, de commissaris en andere controlerende en toezichthoudende instanties. - Je ondersteunt actief het beheer van het pensioenfonds Delory en fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor de betrokken stakeholders. - Je bouwt en onderhoudt een sterk intern en extern netwerk en vertegenwoordigt de Financiële Dienst in diverse overlegfora. - Je ondersteunt de Financieel Directeur bij people management en draagt actief bij aan de begeleiding, coaching en ontwikkeling van de medewerkers van de dienst. - Je neemt initiatief om financiële processen verder te optimaliseren, te professionaliseren en efficiënter te organiseren. - Je vervangt de Financieel Directeur bij afwezigheid en neemt waar nodig dossiers en overlegmomenten over.

- Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in een financiële, economische of boekhoudkundige richting. - Je hebt ruime ervaring opgebouwd binnen een financiële managementfunctie, controlling, boekhouding of budgetbeheer. - Je beschikt over een sterke expertise in budgettering, kostprijsberekeningen, analytische boekhouding, financiële rapportering en financiële analyse. - Je hebt een grondige kennis van de algemene boekhouding. - Ervaring binnen de publieke sector of een grote vereniging zonder winstoogmerk is een belangrijke troef. - Je hebt ervaring met het coachen, begeleiden of ondersteunen van medewerkers en weet mensen op een positieve manier te motiveren en te ontwikkelen. - Je bent stressbestendig, behoudt het overzicht in complexe situaties en reageert rustig en doordacht wanneer de druk toeneemt. - Je werkt discreet, betrouwbaar en integer. - Je bent een sterke communicator die duurzame relaties opbouwt met uiteenlopende stakeholders. - Je beschikt over een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans.
