Ben jij minimaal tien jaar werkzaam als (senior) finance specialist en vind je het leuk om jouw kennis te delen én de financiële administraties van meerdere klanten te verzorgen? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Functie Als rechterhand van de business unit manager ben jij als Senior Finance Specialist een belangrijke speler binnen het finance team. Samen met het team ondersteun je bestaande en nieuwe klanten bij het voeren van hun financiële administratie en ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor een juiste, volledige en tijdige administratieve bedrijfsvoering. Door heldere communicatie en effectief overleg draag je bij aan de klanttevredenheid, weet je goed om te gaan met deadlines en daarbij de verwachtingen van klanten goed te managen. Wie ben jij? - hbo+ werk- en denkniveau met specialisatie in bedrijfsadministratie of accountancy; - minimaal 10 jaar relevante werkervaring, bij voorkeur binnen een administratiekantoor of accountancypraktijk; - leidinggevende ervaring en het vermogen om samen met jouw team meerdere klanten tegelijkertijd te bedienen; - ervaring met AFAS ERP en/of Exact; - gewend om samen met het team (deel)administraties, periodieke rapportages en jaarrekeningen te verzorgen; - bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling en professionalisering van onze finance afdeling en haar teamleden; - minimaal 36 uur per week beschikbaar; - accuraat, dienstbaar en ...
