  • Database up to date houden ivm financiële gegevens + opvolgen en aanmaken klantdossiers
  • Je kent je job en houdt ervan om je kennis te delen. Met je collega’s en met je klanten.
  • Je pakt zaken aan en durft dingen in vraag stellen. Je bent een doener én een denker.
  • Je bent de eindverantwoordelijke voor het efficiënt en kwaliteitsvol afleveren van jouw accountancydossiers en dit binnen het afgesproken budget. Challenge accepted!
  • Je zorgt voor het nazicht, de opvolging en finalisatie van de BTW aangiftes, tussentijdse jaarcijfers en jaarafsluitingen die de accountants, senior dossierbeheerders voorbereiden.
  • Jij stopt niet bij de oplevering, je bespreekt uitgebreid het dossier met je klanten, afhankelijk van de complexiteit met een partner. Zij zien jou als sparring partner en vertrouwenspersoon en kunnen bij jou terecht met hun vragen en bezorgdheden.
  • Je bereidt bijzondere of eenmalige opdrachten voor. Advies fiscale optimalisatie, bijstand statutenwijziging, assisteren bij fiscale controle,…? Ook hierin kan jij als adviseur met jouw opgebouwde expertise je klant ondersteunen.
  • Je ondersteunt en begeleidt consultants in de uitvoering van hun werkzaamheden. Feedback geef je geregeld en je deelt je kennis en best practices.
  • Je steekt ook mee de handen uit de mouwen
  • Bachelor/Master denkniveau VB. Accountancy-Fiscaliteit, Handelswetenschappen, TEW, Wiskunde... zeker welkom!
  • +5 jaar ervaring richting senior dossierbeheer, klantadviseur, CFO, ...
  • Je bent analytisch, wiskundig en cijfermatig sterk
  • Je bent nauwkeurig en je weet van aanpakken
  • MS Office heeft voor jou geen geheimen
  • Je hebt een kritische en analytische instelling die accuraatheid in je dossiers garandeert. Een gezonde dosis teamspirit en zin voor initiatief combineer je met een sterke klantgerichtheid. Kortom, de accountancy partner waarop je klanten kunnen vertrouwen!
  • Je wil meegroeien met de firma
