De organisatie is volop in ontwikkeling en heeft een sterke internationale focus. Binnen Finance krijg je een brede rol met verantwoordelijkheid over de financiële administratie van meerdere kleine entiteiten. Als Senior Financial Accountant werk je nauw samen met de Finance Manager en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse accounting, financiële afsluitingen, rapportages en planning. Daarnaast krijg je de ruimte om financiële processen verder te verbeteren en te professionaliseren. Functie omschrijving - Verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse financiële administratie, waaronder debiteuren, crediteuren en grootboek - Verzorgen van de maand- en jaarafsluiting - Uitvoeren van balansreconciliaties en controleren van accruals, voorzieningen en intercompany posities - Opstellen van maandelijkse financiële rapportages en cashflowoverzichten - Analyseren van productiekosten, voorraad en marges en verklaren van financiële afwijkingen - Opstellen van liquiditeitsplanningen en ondersteunen bij forecasting en budgettering - Ondersteunen bij externe audits en fiscale werkzaamheden - Bewaken en verbeteren van interne controles en financiële processen - Verzorgen en controleren van diverse financiële rapportages en aangiftes - Meewerken aan verdere professionalisering van Finance Functie eisen - HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting Bedrijfseconomie, Accountancy of een vergelijkbare opleiding - 3 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen een productieomgeving - Goede kennis van Excel en ervaring met financiële systemen - Ervaring met voorraadadministratie en kostprijsberekeningen is een pré - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk - Zelfstandige, proactieve en hands-on werkhouding ...
