Facturen die kloppen, betalingen die op tijd worden verwerkt en afsluitingen waarop je kunt vertrouwen. Maar daar stopt het niet. Zeker niet wanneer je verantwoordelijk bent voor meerdere bedrijven met verschillende administraties en financiële processen. Als Senior Financial Controller zorg jij dat die basis staat. Je houdt grip op de dagelijkse administratie, bewaakt de kwaliteit van de cijfers en zorgt dat financiële informatie op tijd beschikbaar is. Je werkt zelf mee, maar kijkt ook naar het grotere geheel: lopen de processen goed, zijn de controles op orde en waar valt winst te behalen? Je komt terecht in een Finance-team van vier FTE en werkt nauw samen met de Manager Finance & Control. Ook heb je contact met Business Control, de directie en het management. Je zorgt ervoor dat de financiële administratie goed draait en dat de informatie achter de cijfers bruikbaar is. Zo weet de organisatie niet alleen hoe ze ervoor staat, maar ook waar ze moet bijsturen. Wat ga je concreet doen? - De financiële administratie bewaken. Je houdt grip op facturatie, debiteuren, crediteuren en betalingen. Je controleert of alles correct en tijdig wordt verwerkt. - Afsluiten en controleren. Je verzorgt de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen en stelt balans-, winst-en-verlies- en cashflowoverzichten op. - Weten wat er financieel speelt. Je bewaakt liquiditeit en cashflow, signaleert risico's en zorgt dat afwijkingen niet onopgemerkt blijven. - Zorgen dat de cijfers betrouwbaar zijn. Je bewaakt de administratieve organisatie en interne controles (AO/IC), bereidt de jaarrekening en accountantscontroles voor en onderhoudt contact met externe adviseurs. - Verder kijken dan de administratie.
