Als Senior Financial Controller werk je aan strategische vraagstukken op het hoogste niveau en adviseer je management en CFO's over keuzes die organisaties financieel sterker maken. Jij kiest de opdrachten, het tempo en de richting waarin je groeit. Dit ga je doen Je werkt aan strategische opdrachten binnen de profitsector, waar jouw financiële kennis direct bijdraagt aan het succes van organisaties. Je brengt structuur, overzicht en richting. Concreet betekent dat: - Je adviseert management en CFO's over strategische financiële beslissingen. - Je optimaliseert en bewaakt financiële processen op senior niveau. - Je versterkt governance en waarborgt compliance. - Je stuurt complexe financiële trajecten aan. - Je implementeert verbeteringen in financiële structuren en systemen. Afhankelijk van jouw ambitie kun je je verder verdiepen in senior financial control of doorgroeien richting business control. Je bent fit for the job als je... Een ervaren financial bent die verder kijkt dan de cijfers alleen. Je denkt strategisch mee op boardroomniveau en weet complexe vraagstukken te vertalen naar concrete oplossingen. Dit breng je mee: - Een afgeronde hbo of wo opleiding in Finance & Control, bedrijfseconomie, accountancy of vergelijkbaar. - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in financiële functies, waarvan enkele jaren op senior niveau. - Diepgaande kennis van financiële processen en relevante wet en regelgeving. - Daarnaast communiceer je overtuigend, neem je eigenaarschap en weet je veranderingen succesvol door te voeren.
