Je krijgt een brede rol waarin Financial Control, analyses en procesverbetering samenkomen en waarin je direct schakelt met verschillende onderdelen van de organisatie. Het is een nuchtere en ondernemende organisatie met korte lijnen, waar verschillende disciplines nauw met elkaar samenwerken. De organisatie is volop in ontwikkeling en zet stappen in het verder professionaliseren van processen, rapportages en financiële sturing. Finance speelt hierin een belangrijke rol. Het team staat dicht bij de business en wordt actief betrokken bij zowel de dagelijkse operatie als verbetertrajecten. De cultuur is praktisch en informeel. Er wordt snel geschakeld en er is ruimte om zelf initiatief te nemen en verbeteringen door te voeren. De rol Als Senior Financial Controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor een belangrijk deel van de financiële beheersing van de organisatie. Je zorgt voor betrouwbare cijfers en rapportages, maar bent vooral geïnteresseerd in het verhaal daarachter. Je analyseert resultaten, onderzoekt afwijkingen en brengt financiële ontwikkelingen binnen de organisatie in kaart. Daarbij kijk je onder andere naar kosten, marges, voorraad en operationele prestaties. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen Finance en verschillende operationele afdelingen.
