Voor Finance betekent dat een duidelijke opgave: processen professionaliseren, systemen slimmer inrichten en meer grip creëren op administratie, rapportage en beheersing. De rol is gevestigd in de omgeving van Almere en vraagt om een financial die bij voorkeur ook regionaal woonachtig is. Aanwezigheid op kantoor is belangrijk; Bun zoekt iemand die echt onderdeel wordt van het team en zichtbaar bijdraagt aan de organisatie. Daarom zoeken we een Senior Financial Controller die niet alleen inhoudelijk sterk is, maar ook pragmatisch, zorgvuldig en communicatief vaardig. Iemand die de financiële functie verder helpt ontwikkelen en als stevige sparringpartner optreedt voor de financieel eindverantwoordelijke. Bun Senior Financial Controller - Profit - Flevoland - 40 - 40 uur - €110.000 - Wo In deze rol werk je over de volle breedte van financial control en accounting. Je houdt je bezig met het verbeteren van financiële processen, het bewaken van kwaliteit in de administratie en het ondersteunen van de verdere professionalisering van Finance. Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden en uitdagingen zijn: - Verbeteren en professionaliseren van financiële processen, controles en vastlegging en daarmee cijfers vertalen naar scherpe business cases en scenario-analyses voor de directie en aandeelhouders. - Bewaken en verbeteren van balansdossiers, tussenrekeningen en aansluitingen. - Ondersteunen bij maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen, jaarrekeningtrajecten en consolidaties. - Meedenken over de inrichting van systemen, rapportages en verdere automatisering. - Signaleren van fouten, verschillen en risico's en deze zelfstandig helpen oplossen. - Sparren...
