Je stuurt samen met je collega en de teammanager het P&C‑proces aan, bewaakt de voortgang van het jaarplan en bent het inhoudelijke aanspreekpunt voor de financiële administratie. Je regisseert het jaarrekeningproces, levert maandrapportages op en onderhoudt contact met accountant, fiscalist en externe adviseurs. In nauwe samenwerking met de business controllers en het management stel je de (meerjaren)begroting en investeringsramingen op, bewaak je budgetten en houd je grip op de financiële voortgang van projecten. Je rekent scenario's door, verzorgt treasury‑activiteiten en pakt een stevige rol in fiscale vraagstukken zoals Vpb en btw. Daarnaast voer je financiële analyses uit, beoordeel je investeringen en maak je markt‑ en beleidswaardeberekeningen. Je denkt actief mee over beleid, ondersteunt de concerncontroller en bent een volwaardige sparringpartner voor management en teamleiding. In deze brede rol ben je een echte spin in het financiële web, die met scherpe inzichten en vaktechnische kwaliteit bijdraagt aan solide besluitvorming. Hoe ziet je werkdag eruit? Vandaag is het woensdag: jullie teamdag. Samen met je teammanager Financiën en Control en je directe collega financial controller heb je overleg over de voortgang van de begroting. De input hiervoor is aangeleverd door de Vastgoedbeheer. Het is nu tijd om de doorrekeningen te maken in WALS, analyses uit te voeren en de begroting te voorzien van de bijbehorende onderleggers....
