In deze interim opdracht neem jij de regie over de financiële sturing en planning-en-controlcyclus. Je brengt financiële ontwikkelingen, risico's en kansen in kaart en vertaalt complexe informatie naar heldere adviezen voor management en directie. Functie-eisen Wie ben jij? - Ruime ervaring met financiële sturing en planning-en-controlprocessen binnen een woningcorporatie (harde eis). - Ervaring met begrotingen, prognoses, meerjarenramingen en scenarioanalyses. - Kennis van investeringsvraagstukken en corporatie-specifieke verantwoordingsinformatie. - Het vermogen om complexe financiële vraagstukken te vertalen naar duidelijke adviezen. Arbeidsvoorwaarden Wat krijg jij? - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 5.100,- en € 6.900,- op basis van 36 uur (schaal K CAO Woondiensten). - De mogelijkheid tot een leaseauto. - Afwisselende opdrachten binnen de woningcorporatiesector. - Persoonlijke begeleiding en een vast aanspreekpunt vanuit Continu Professionals.
