Senior financieel administratief medewerk(st)er Floating Farm | Rotterdam Floating Farm | Rotterdam Rotterdam Fulltime, Parttime Uren in overleg Hbo 17-08-2026 Financieel / Administratief Functie Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de financiële administratie van Floating Farm Rotterdam en die van de gelieerde bedrijven. Dat betekent dat je alle stappen van de administratie zelfstandig moet uitvoeren: van de debiteuren- en crediteurenadministratie tot en met het voorbereiden van de stukken voor de account en de directie. Daarnaast werk je op een boerderij dus dat betekent dat je ook bijspringt waar dat nodig is. Denk daarbij aan het uitladen van de eieren, klanten helpen in de winkel en af en toe een ritje om onze (h)eerlijke zuivel te bezorgen. Wat ga je doen? Crediteuren beheer - Digitale verwerking van inkomende facturen - Controle van de inkomende facturen a.d.h.v. contracten, inkooporders en pakbonnen - Betalingen klaarzetten in de bank - Opvolgen van herinneringen en aanmaningen en de contacten daarvoor onderhouden met de verschillende leveranciers - Vragen beantwoorden van crediteuren Debiteuren beheer - Facturering presentaties, vergaderingen en overige bezoeken - Facturering zuivel - Kas opmaken van de winkel - Checken betalingen en opvolgen openstaande posten - Vragen beantwoorden van debiteuren Voorbereiden jaarrekeningen - Controleren en corrigeren van de cijfers gehele boekjaar - Analyseren of de cijfers correct zijn - Budgetten opstellen - Aanleveren stukken aan accountant - Opvolging van vragen accountant of aandeelhouders a.d.h.v. aangeleverde stukken Rapportages - Maandelijks financiële rapportages opstallen voor de directie - Per kwartaalrapportages opstellen t.b.v. aandeelhouders - Data bijhouden van de productie en de winkel Diversen - Inkomende post afhandelen - Opbergen en archiveren van stukken - Voeren van zelfstandige correspondentie - Verzamelen van informatie en opvragen ontbrekende gegev...
