Senior Financieel Adviseur Wervengebied Roldoel: Als Senior Financieel Adviseur adviseer je het management en projectteams binnen het wervengebied over financiële sturing, businesscases en besluitvorming. Je vertaalt strategie naar concrete financiële analyses en zorgt voor betrouwbare rapportages en prognoses. - Opstellen en beoordelen van begrotingen, (meerjaren)ramingen en financiële prognoses. - Analyseren van financiële prestaties, afwijkingen en risico's; adviseren over bijsturing. - Ondersteunen van businesscases, investeringsvoorstellen en scenario-analyses. - Leveren van managementinformatie en dashboards; bewaken van datakwaliteit. - Sparringpartner voor budgethouders en projectleiders; uitleg van financiële kaders en regelgeving. - Bijdragen aan planning- en control-cyclus, periodieke afsluitingen en interne verantwoording. Vereiste kennis en vaardigheden - Financiële expertise: planning & control, begrotingsprocessen, rapportage en analyse. - Advisering: overtuigend communiceren met stakeholders en complexe informatie vertalen naar besluiten. - Analytisch vermogen: scenario's doorrekenen, risico's kwantificeren en prioriteiten stellen. - Tools: sterke Excel-vaardigheden; ervaring met ERP/financiële systemen en BI is een pré. - Werkstijl: zelfstandig, nauwkeurig, proactief en resultaatgericht.
