Wij zijn per direct op zoek naar een (senior) financieel medewerker die weet wat er nodig is om een groeiende organisatie op Finance vooruit te helpen. We zijn prestatiegericht, wij willen vooral succesvol zijn op de lange termijn. Onze klanten staan altijd op nummer 1. Wij denken commercieel en werken nadrukkelijk samen om het bedrijf naar een hoger plan te tillen. Goede ideeën worden altijd met open armen ontvangen. Je wordt onderdeel van een klein en hecht team en rapporteert direct aan de Finance Manager. Samen met één collega zorg jij dat de administratie volledig aansluit en op orde is én zorg jij voor een verdere verdieping in processen en door middel van analyses en rapportages. Naast gevraagde flexibiliteit vragen we - als onderdeel van het team waarin we met onze samenwerking het verschil maken - ook een actieve bijdrage aan teamsfeer, een hoge kwaliteitsstandaard, een goede dosis zelfreflectie en een zekere snelheid in werk. Wat ga jij doen: - Zorgdragen voor een complete en sluitende financiële administratie van de werkmaatschappij en holding; memoriaal boekingen, aansluitingen maken, voorzieningen verwerken - Oppakken, uitzoeken en beantwoorden van alle vragen en claims van klanten en leveranciers en zorgdragen voor de juiste verwerking in de systemen - Beheer van de debiteuren- en crediteuren administratie; signaleren, uitzoeken en actie ondernemen - Controle van het grootboek en sub-administraties, afstemmen van tussenrekeningen - Aansl...
