Groeien, vernieuwen en tegelijk blijven leveren is bij AVIA Vollenhoven dagelijkse realiteit. Terwijl nieuwe mobiliteitsoplossingen worden opgebouwd, draait de operatie continu door. Achter de schermen worden grote aantallen transacties en financiële mutaties verwerkt binnen meerdere administraties die nauw met elkaar verbonden zijn. In die omgeving ontstaat inzicht niet vanzelf, maar door samenhang te zien in wat op het eerste gezicht los lijkt. Wat ga je doen? Als Senior Financieel Specialist / Financial Controller in Tilburg ben jij het financiële aanspreekpunt voor Vollenhoven Duurzame Mobiliteit. Je borgt dat de financiële administratie van dit bedrijfsonderdeel klopt, aansluit en gerapporteerd kan worden. Je rapporteert aan- en werkt nauw samen met het Hoofd Finance. Daarbij ondersteun je bij analyses, dossiers en vraagstukken die breder spelen binnen finance. Je opereert binnen een structuur waarin Nederlandse en Belgische entiteiten bestaan. Intercompany-verkeer, verschillende administratieve lagen en hoge frequentie in boekingen zorgen ervoor dat cijfers pas betekenis krijgen wanneer ze in samenhang worden bekeken. Je onderzoekt waar informatie schuurt, zoekt verklaringen en zorgt dat conclusies pas worden getrokken wanneer het geheel klopt. Je beweegt soepel tussen detailniveau en totaalbeeld en weet wanneer je moet uitzoomen om patronen te zien én oorzaken te vinden. Daarmee lever je een directe bijdrage aan de betrouwbaarheid van financiële informatie binnen AVIA Vollenhoven. Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden: Financiële beheersing van Vollenhoven Duurzame Mobiliteit als primair domein; Analyses van grootboek, subadministraties en intercompany-structuren (NL/BE); Bewaken en challengen van managementrapportages; Ondersteunen bij de maand- en jaarafsluitingen binnen complexe datastromen; Opstellen en onderbouwen van balansspecificaties en voorzieningen; Signaleren, verklaren en doorgronden van afwijkingen in financiële processen; Ondersteunen bij

audits en accountantscontroles en opbouwen van financiële dossiers; Verbeteren van ERP-, BI- en rapportagestructuren; Versterken van interne beheersing en datakwaliteit. Dit breng jij mee Je bent analytisch sterk, werkt gestructureerd en voelt je thuis in een omgeving waarin financiële informatie continu in beweging is. Het leggen van verbanden binnen administraties met veel mutaties spreekt je aan en je blijft doorzoeken totdat cijfers volledig verklaarbaar zijn. Daarbij schakel je gemakkelijk met verschillende stakeholders en weet je complexe financiële vraagstukken helder over te brengen. Verder heb je: Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld Finance & Control, Accountancy of Bedrijfseconomie. Minimaal vijf jaar relevante ervaring in bijvoorbeeld een rol als Financial Accountant, GL Accountant, Financial Accounting Specialist, Financial Controller, Assistent Controller, Senior Accountant of Boekhouder. Ervaring met complexe administraties, meerdere entiteiten en bij voorkeur intercompany-verkeer. Goede kennis van Excel en ervaring met een ERP-systeem. Kennis van Business Central is een pré. De voorkeur om 40 uur per week te werken; 32 uur is bespreekbaar. Wat krijg je? Een salaris van €5.000 ,- tot € 6.300,- bruto per maand op basis van 39,5 uur, afhankelijk van je ervaring en aansluiting op de rol. Een winstdelingsregeling tot maximaal twee bruto maandsalarissen. 26 vakantiedagen, met de mogelijkheid om dagen bij te kopen. Een reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 per kilometer. Een goede pensioenregeling, waarbij AVIA Vollenhoven 75% van de premie betaalt. De mogelijkheid om één à twee dagen per week thuis te werken. Wat maakt deze rol anders? AVIA Vollenhoven ontwikkelt zich van traditionele brandstofexploitant naar een bredere speler in mobiliteit en energie.
