Jouw verantwoordelijkheid ligt bij de totstandkoming van de jaarrekening. Je voert de volgende werkzaamheden uit, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met je collega's in het team Specialisten: - Je bent primair verantwoordelijk voor het (zelfstandig) samenstellen van de jaarrekening van de gemeentes Haarlem en Zandvoort en het beheer van het grootboek. - Je werkt mee aan de totstandkoming van de (meerjaren)begroting, waaronder het opstellen en verwerken van de kostenverdeling. - Je zoekt verschillen uit en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de balansrekeningen, je voert (correctie)boekingen door en coördineert de maandelijkse en jaarlijkse afsluitwerkzaamheden. Daarnaast werk je mee in de dagelijkse gang van zaken om de administratie van de gemeentes Haarlem en Zandvoort up to date te houden. - Je beantwoordt praktische vragen van collega's, coördineert werkzaamheden en schakelt met het interne auditteam en de afdeling Concerncontrol tijdens de jaarrekeningcontrole. - Je weet van aanpakken, kunt goed prioriteiten stellen en werken onder tijdsdruk.
