Aktuell suchen wir 1 SENIOR FINANZEN & CONTROLLING (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

* Gesamtüberblick und operative Verantwortung für die Bereiche Finanzen, Controlling und Rechnungswesen

* Erstellung und Koordination von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach UGB in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Steuerberater

* Erstellung des monatlichen Management- und Konzernreportings an die internationale Muttergesellschaft

* Verantwortung für die Liquiditätssteuerung inklusive rollierender 13-Wochen-Cashflow-Planung und regelmäßiger Cash-Reviews

* Betreuung der Bankenkommunikation und Finanzierungsthemen, insbesondere Exportfinanzierung und Covenant-Reporting

* Aktives Working-Capital-Management inklusive Debitorenmanagement sowie Steuerung und Analyse von DSO, DPO und DIO

* Weiterentwicklung der Kostenrechnung und Kalkulation, insbesondere Aufbau von Maschinenstundensätzen und Herstellkosten

* Bewertung von WIP und Fertigwaren sowie Mitwirkung bei der Ermittlung von Verrechnungspreisen

* Verantwortung für Budget, Forecast und Abweichungsanalysen

* Durchführung des Projekt- und Auftragscontrollings inklusive Soll-Ist-Vergleichen und Nachkalkulationen

* Erstellung und Bewertung von Business Cases für Investitionen

* Aufarbeitung bestehender Rückstände sowie Durchführung von Konten- und Intercompany-Abstimmungen

* Aufbau und Optimierung effizienter Finanzprozesse und interner Kontrollsysteme

* Verantwortung für die Inventur

* Weiterentwicklung der ERP-Anbindung und des Reportings, insbesondere im Bereich Power BI

Ihre Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Finanzen, Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Eine Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung ist von Vorteil

* Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanzen und Controlling

* Erfahrung in einer verantwortungsvollen Funktion, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Unternehmen

* Erfahrung im Bereich Auftrags- bzw. Einzelfertigung von Vorteil

* Fundierte Kenntnisse der UGB-Rechnungslegung, IFRS-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

* Nachweisbare Erfahrung in Liquiditätsplanung und Working-Capital-Management

* Erfahrung im Konzernreporting sowie im Umgang mit internationalen Unternehmensstrukturen

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in BMD bzw. ERP-Systemen, MS Excel und Power BI

* Deutsch- und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse

* Analytisches und unternehmerisches Denken

* Hohe Eigenverantwortung und ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität

* Durchsetzungsstärke, Genauigkeit und Termintreue

* Freude daran, Strukturen aufzubauen, Prozesse zu optimieren und Veränderungen aktiv voranzutreiben
