Voor een gevestigde en inhoudelijk sterk onderbouwde accountancyorganisatie zoeken wij een Senior Fiscaal Accountant ITAA.

Jouw rol: inhoudelijke verantwoordelijkheid en impact Als senior accountant neem je een duidelijke positie in binnen het kantoor.

Jij:

  • Beheert complexe dossiers van A tot Z
  • Bent eindverantwoordelijk voor fiscale optimalisaties en advies
  • Treedt op als inhoudelijke sparringpartner voor ondernemers
  • Ondersteunt en begeleidt collega-dossierbeheerders
  • Vertegenwoordigt dossiers bij fiscale controles
  • Denkt mee over kwaliteit, processen en verdere professionalisering

Dit is geen uitvoerende rol, maar een positie waarin je meedenkt, richting geeft en impact hebt. Onze ideale kandidaat heeft:

  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in accountancy en fiscaliteit
  • Erkenning als Accountant ITAA of een gelijkaardige bewezen achtergrond
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en verantwoordelijkheidszin
  • Ervaring met leidinggeven of begeleiden van collega’s
  • Affiniteit met continue ontwikkeling binnen fiscaliteit (bijscholing is een plus)
  • Een rustige, zelfzekere en oplossingsgerichte mindset

Of je nu werkt als senior dossierbeheerder, fiscaal specialist of ITAA-accountant, als je klaar bent voor een rol met impact, dan willen we je leren kennen. Je hoeft geen “manager” te zijn in titel, maar je straalt wél leiderschap uit in aanpak en inhoud.
