Voor een accountants- en advieskantoor in de regio Waregem zijn we op zoek naar een Senior Fiscaal Jurist. Het kantoor ondersteunt KMO's en familiale ondernemingen in heel België en telt ongeveer 70 medewerkers, verspreid over meerdere vestigingen in Vlaanderen.

Binnen deze functie werk je mee aan uitdagende dossiers en ben je een cruciale schakel in de begeleiding van ondernemers. Je combineert juridische en fiscale expertise met pragmatisch advies, zodat cliënten sterker staan in hun beslissingen.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je adviseert ondernemers en familiale bedrijven over fiscale en juridische vraagstukken
  • Je werkt mee aan dossiers rond herstructureringen, overnames en financieringen
  • Je staat in voor advies rond vennootschapsrecht, contractenrecht en fiscaal recht
  • Je begeleidt cliënten bij familiale vermogensplanning
  • Je maakt grondige analyses en vertaalt die naar praktische en creatieve oplossingen
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor cliënten en werkt nauw samen met de collega's van de verschillende vestigingen
  • Je deelt je expertise met het team en zorgt voor kwaliteit in elk dossier

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma Rechten (een bijkomende opleiding in vennootschaps- of fiscaal recht is een pluspunt)
  • Je hebt minstens 3 à 5 jaar ervaring in een juridisch-fiscale omgeving, zoals een advocatenkantoor, consultancy of als bedrijfsjurist
  • Je hebt een doorgedreven kennis van vennootschapsrecht, contractenrecht, fiscaal recht en/of familiale vermogensplanning
  • Je beschikt over een uitstekend juridisch inzicht en een sterk analytisch vermogen
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, klant- en resultaatgericht en hebt oog voor kwaliteit
