Waar kom je terecht?

Als Senior Fiscaal Jurist ga je aan de slag in één van onze lokale boekhoudkantoren, namelijk Warfid, waar je meewerkt aan uitdagende dossiers voor de verschillende vestigingen.

Warfid is een accountantskantoor dat KMO’s en familiale ondernemingen in heel België ondersteunt met hun boekhouding en fiscale verplichtingen. Daarnaast biedt het kantoor gespecialiseerd advies over fiscale en juridische kwesties, herstructureringen, overnames, financieringen en vermogensplanning.

Het kantoor telt over hun vier vestigingen heen (Bredene, Waregem, Roeselare en Gent) een 70-tal medewerkers.

Jouw uitdaging?

Je combineert je juridische en fiscale expertise met pragmatisch advies, zodat onze cliënten sterker staan in hun beslissingen. Je werkt mee aan uitdagende dossiers en bent een cruciale schakel in de begeleiding van ondernemers.

Wie ben jij?

We zijn op zoek naar een senior (fiscaal) jurist met enkele jaren ervaring in ondernemingsrecht, vennootschapsrecht en fiscaal recht. Je combineert je juridische en fiscale expertise met pragmatisch advies, zodat onze cliënten sterker staan in hun beslissingen. Je werkt mee aan uitdagende dossiers en bent een cruciale schakel in de begeleiding van ondernemers.

Jouw profiel:

· Je behaalde een master Rechten (een bijkomende opleiding in bij voorkeur vennootschaps- of fiscaal recht is een plus).

· Je hebt bij voorkeur minstens 3 à 5 jaar ervaring in een juridisch-fiscale omgeving (advocatenkantoor, consultancy of bedrijfsjurist).

· Je hebt een doorgedreven kennis van vennootschapsrecht, contractenrecht, fiscaal recht en/of familiale vermogensplanning.

· Je bent communicatief sterk, werkt klant- en resultaatgericht en hebt oog voor kwaliteit.

· Je hebt een uitstekend juridisch inzicht, maakt grondige analyses en je reikt creatieve, praktische en kwaliteitsvolle oplossingen aan.
