Je komt terecht in een professioneel en informeel team van circa 20 collega's, waar persoonlijk contact en kwaliteit centraal staan. Smits + Prick ondersteunt klanten op het gebied van accountancy, fiscaliteit en advies en staat bekend om haar betrokken aanpak. Door de groei van de fiscale afdeling is er ruimte voor een ervaren Fiscalist die zelfstandig opereert en graag zijn of haar kennis deelt met collega's. Functieomschrijving In deze zelfstandige en verantwoordelijke functie van Senior Fiscalist ben je hét aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten en adviseer je hen proactief over uiteenlopende fiscale vraagstukken. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende dossiers en weet complexe materie helder te vertalen naar praktisch advies. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol binnen het team door collega's te begeleiden en als sparringpartner op te treden. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit het: - Opstellen van complexe fiscale adviezen; - Onderhouden van intensief klantcontact en fungeren als vast aanspreekpunt; - Signaleren van kansen en risico's voor klanten. Functie-eisen Voor de functie van senior Fiscalist beschik je over het volgende profiel: - Afgeronde wo-opleiding Fiscaal Recht of Fiscale Economie; - Minimaal zeven jaar relevante werkervaring; - Je bent communicatief sterk en klantgericht; - Je bent proactief en denkt vooruit; - Je bouwt gemakkelijk vertrouwen op van klanten en collega's.
