Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Dit ga je doen Als senior fondsenwerver bij de UMCG Foundation maak je deel uit van het Fondsenwervend Team UMCG. Je levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan het realiseren van onze fondsenwervingsdoelstellingen en werkt samen met het hoofd Fondsenwerving aan de verdere ontwikkeling van onze meerjarige fondsenwervingsstrategie die ziet op structurele inkomstengroei in de komende jaren. Hiermee draag je direct bij aan baanbrekend wetenschappelijk onderzoek, veelbelovende innovaties en het welzijn van patiënten. Als verbindend en strategisch ambassadeur vertegenwoordig je de UMCG Foundation binnen en buiten het UMCG. Je neemt actief deel aan relevante interne en externe netwerken en zet deze in om de zichtbaarheid van de UMCG Foundation en de betrokkenheid van relevante mensen en organisaties bij het werk van het UMCG. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren, aangaan, ontwikkelen en inhoudelijk vormgeven van nieuwe relaties en partnerschappen. In nauwe samenwerking met collega's en relevante stakeholders binnen en buiten het UMCG onderhoud je deze relaties en vergroot je de sterkte, duur en omvang van partnerships op lokaal, regionaal, nationaal en internationaal niveau. Je initieert en regisseert fondsenwervings- en subsidieaanvragen en geeft daarbij richting aan het vertalen van projectinformatie naar effectieve, overtuigende fondsenwervende aanvragen en rapportages.
