Als Senior FP&A Analyst speel je een sleutelrol binnen het Financial Planning & Analysis-team. Je ondersteunt financiële rapportering, forecasting, budgeting en prestatieanalyses voor Europa. In nauwe samenwerking met Finance- en operationele stakeholders zet je financiële gegevens om in waardevolle inzichten, zodat het management weloverwogen beslissingen kan nemen en financiële processen verder geoptimaliseerd worden.

Als Senior FP&A Analyst omvatten jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Opstellen en analyseren van maandelijkse financiële rapporten, waaronder winst- en verliesrekeningen (P&L), balansrapporteringen, rendabiliteitsanalyses, kostenanalyses en KPI-rapportages.
  • Ondersteunen van managementrapportering en aanreiken van bruikbare businessinzichten.
  • Meewerken aan het jaarlijkse budgetproces en de kwartaalforecasting.
  • Ondersteunen van maandelijkse S&OP-forecastactiviteiten en financiële planningscycli.
  • Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen om nauwkeurige budgetten en prognoses op te stellen.
  • Opstellen van wekelijkse cashflowprognoses en opvolgen van financiële prestaties.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met Finance-, Accounting- en Operations-teams om betrouwbare rapportering te garanderen.
  • Uitvoeren van ad-hoc financiële analyses en rapporteringen rond bedrijfsprestaties.
  • Ondersteunen van projecten via financiële modellen en businesscase-analyses.
  • Bijdragen aan de verdere optimalisatie van financiële processen, rapporteringstools en datagedreven oplossingen.

Over jou

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in Finance, Accountancy, Economie of een verwante richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in finance, controlling of accounting.
  • Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden en een grote aandacht voor detail.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Excel en financiële analyses.
  • Je hebt ervaring met Power BI, SAP of reporting tools; dit is een belangrijke troef.
  • Je bent in staat financiële data om te zetten in duidelijke businessaanbevelingen.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en haalt consequent deadlines.
  • Je communiceert vlot met diverse stakeholders.
  • Je leert graag bij en past je snel aan nieuwe systemen en processen aan.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Engels; kennis van Nederlands is een waardevolle meerwaarde.
