The posting

Voor een internationale organisatie binnen de voedings- en landbouwsector zijn we op zoek naar een Senior FP&A Analyst die financiële data weet te vertalen naar heldere inzichten en concrete aanbevelingen voor de business.

Je komt terecht in het Europese Financial Planning & Analysis-team en ondersteunt de financiële planning, rapportering en besluitvorming voor verschillende businessactiviteiten. Je werkt nauw samen met accounting, operations en andere stakeholders en krijgt een brede rol waarin reporting, budgettering, forecasting, cashflow en financiële analyses samenkomen.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Je stelt maandelijkse financiële rapporteringen op en analyseert onder andere P&L, balans, SG&A-kosten, KPI's en rendabiliteit per business unit.
  • Je ondersteunt management en business stakeholders met duidelijke financiële inzichten en analyses.
  • Je helpt bij de voorbereiding en opvolging van het jaarlijkse budgetproces.
  • Je ondersteunt de kwartaalforecast en maandelijkse forecastcycli binnen Sales & Operations Planning.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen om budgetten en financiële prognoses correct op te bouwen.
  • Je stelt wekelijkse cashflowprognoses op voor de food operations.
  • Je werkt samen met accounting en operations om een correcte en tijdige managementrapportering te garanderen.
  • Je voert ad-hoc analyses uit op vraag van de business.
  • Je ondersteunt projecten met financiële analyses, modellen en businesscases.
  • Je denkt actief mee over procesverbetering, rapporteringsoptimalisatie en datagedreven finance.
  • Je ontwikkelt nieuwe oplossingen op basis van financiële inzichten, data-analyse en systeemkennis.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een Master in Finance, Accounting, Economie of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen finance, accounting, FP&A of controlling.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je kunt financiële data vertalen naar duidelijke inzichten en concrete acties.
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van Excel, inclusief formules, draaitabellen en grafieken.
  • Ervaring met Power BI, SAP of andere reporting tools is een sterke plus.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en weet deadlines goed te bewaken.
  • Je communiceert helder en werkt vlot samen met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je bent leergierig en neemt nieuwe systemen en processen snel op.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een internationale en dynamische omgeving.
