Deze rol als FP&A Senior Finance Analyst – Europe vormt het financiële kloppend hart binnen de Europese voedingssector van een wereldwijd gekende speler. Hier maak je het verschil door inzichten en financiële analyses te vertalen naar actie en groei. Jouw werk sterkt het management in hun sturing van de business en biedt een unieke kans om processen te optimaliseren en te vernieuwen. Dit is de ideale uitdaging voor wie scherp analyseert, gestructureerd werkt en graag samen bouwt aan vooruitgang.

Jobomschrijving

  • Opstellen, analyseren en rapporteren van maandelijkse financiële resultaten, waaronder P&L, balans en rendabiliteitsrapporten per businessunit.
  • Ondersteunen bij het opmaken en opvolgen van het jaarlijks budget en verschillende forecastprocessen (inclusief kwartaal en S&OP-cycli).
  • Samenwerken met accounting-, operationele en commerciële teams om correcte en tijdige managementrapportering te verzekeren.
  • Opstellen van wekelijkse cashflowprognoses voor de Europese food-activiteiten.
  • Uitvoeren van ad-hoc analyses voor projecten en businessvragen, inclusief bouwen van financiële modellen op basis van beschikbare data.
  • Actief meedenken over procesverbeteringen en het automatiseren/optimaliseren van rapporteringen via data-analyse en innovatieve tools.

Must haves:

  • Masterdiploma in Finance, Accounting, Economie of gelijkwaardig.
  • Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen finance, accounting of controlling.
  • Krachtige analytische vaardigheden en oog voor detail.
  • Vlot met Excel (complexe formules, pivottabellen en grafieken).
  • Bent gestructureerd, werkt graag met deadlines en haalt voldoening uit het vertalen van cijfers naar bruikbare inzichten.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en zin voor samenwerking met collega's uit andere teams.
  • Leergierig, zelfstandig én wendbaar in nieuwe systemen en processen.
  • Ook 45-plussers worden expliciet aangemoedigd om te solliciteren.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Kennis van Power BI, SAP of andere reportingtools.
  • Extra talenkennis naast Nederlands en Engels.
  • Affiniteit met de voedings- of agrarische sector.
  • Drive om initiatief te nemen wanneer je verbeterkansen ziet.
