WIScool ist kein klassisches LMS - wir bauen ein KI-natives Educational Operating System (EDOS) für Schulen. Wir errichten unser europäische F&E-Hauptquartier in Wien und suchen eine Technical Lead, die/der die technische Foundation unserer Plattform aufbaut. Du führst ein Squad von ca. 5 Engineer:innen und gestaltest eine Architektur mit Echtzeit-Video, KI-gestützter Pädagogik und komplexen Verwaltungsworkflows.

Aufgaben

* Performante SPAs mit React, TypeScript und Tailwind/SCSS

* WCAG 2.1 AA: Tastaturbedienung, Screenreader-Kompatibilität

* State-Management (Redux Toolkit oder React Query) für Echtzeit-Dashboards

* Code Reviews und Mentoring

Anforderungen

* 5+ Jahre React und modernes JS-Tooling

* Tiefe WCAG-/Inclusive-Design-Kenntnisse

* Erfahrung mit Jest, Cypress, Vite

Gehalt

Ab € 65.000 brutto/Jahr. KV-Mindestgehalt (ST2) ca. € 62.790 brutto/Jahr. Überzahlung nach Erfahrung garantiert.
