Senior full-stack ontwikkelaar Wie we zoeken? Ben jij die ervaren developer die verder kijkt dan alleen het schrijven van code? Iemand die architectuur ademt, de leiding durft te nemen in technische keuzes en een team op sleeptouw neemt? Bij Chief krijg je de sleutels in handen om state-of-the-art softwareoplossingen te bouwen én de technische visie neer te zetten.

De uitdaging: Niet zomaar meebouwen, maar vóórbouwen

We zoeken een Senior Full-Stack Ontwikkelaar die de brug slaat tussen techniek en de wensen van de klant. Jij bent de technische rots in de branding. Je adviseert stakeholders, ontwerpt schaalbare oplossingen en zorgt dat de CI/CD-pipelines draaien als een zonnetje. Geen legacy-code lappen, maar innoveren in een Agile/Scrum omgeving.

Jouw tech stack (waar je warm van wordt)

- Back-end: C#, .NET

- Front-end: Angular en/of React

- Cloud: Azure, AWS of Scaleway

- Way of working: DevOps, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum

Wat ga je écht doen?

- Architectuur & ontwikkeling: Je ontwerpt en bouwt robuuste, schaalbare applicaties.

- Leiderschap: Je fungeert als (informele) lead; je hakt technische knopen door en tilt je teamgenoten naar een hoger niveau.

- Stakeholdermanagement: Je vertaalt complexe klantwensen naar heldere technische oplossingen en adviseert over de beste aanpak.

- Kwaliteit bewaken: Je zet de standaard voor codekwaliteit, testing en deployments.

Wat breng je mee?

- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Full-Stack Developer in complexe omgevingen.

- Een hbo- of wo-denkniveau (bij voorkeur Informatica of vergelijkbaar).

- Je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal vloeiend in woord en geschrift (spreken, lezen én schrijven).

- Je haalt energie uit samenwerken en bouwt graag mee aan de teamdynamiek door op locatie te komen werken bij ons op kantoor in Utrecht.

- Je snapt dat communicatie net zo belangrijk is als een clean codebase.
