Wil jij als Senior Functional Analyst niet alleen systemen verbeteren, maar ook écht bijdragen aan een duurzamere toekomst?

Voor een gevestigde organisatie met een sterke maatschappelijke missie binnen duurzaamheid en circulaire economie zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Senior Functional Analyst. Je komt terecht in een dynamische omgeving waar digitalisering centraal staat en waar jouw ideeën en expertise écht het verschil kunnen maken.

Vanuit de regio Diegem werk je mee aan uiteenlopende digitaliseringsprojecten binnen onder andere marketing, finance en HR. Je krijgt de vrijheid om initiatief te nemen, processen kritisch te bekijken en projecten van analyse tot implementatie mee vorm te geven. Dit alles binnen een hecht team met korte communicatielijnen, waar samenwerking en zelfstandigheid hand in hand gaan.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je analyseert businessbehoeften en vertaalt deze naar heldere functionele specificaties, user stories en procesmodellen.
  • Je werkt aan uiteenlopende digitaliseringsprojecten, waaronder webapplicaties, CRM-systemen, marketingtools en op maat ontwikkelde applicaties.
  • Je vormt de brug tussen business en IT en werkt nauw samen met stakeholders, ontwikkelaars, externe leveranciers en technische teams.
  • Je neemt een trekkersrol binnen projecten, van functionele analyse en testing tot implementatie en go-live, waarbij je ook minder ervaren collega's ondersteunt.
  • Je identificeert optimalisatiemogelijkheden binnen bestaande systemen en processen en denkt proactief mee over innovatieve oplossingen.
  • Een bachelordiploma en minstens 8 jaar ervaring als Functioneel Analist of Business Analist.
  • Ervaring met BPMN, UML en Agile/Scrum. Kennis van SQL, systeemintegraties en tools zoals Jira of Azure DevOps is een plus.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, durft je uit te drukken in het Frans en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels. Je bent zelfstandig, proactief en communicatief sterk, met een oprechte interesse in duurzaamheid.
