Binnen een van onze negen aandachtsgebieden bij de Afdeling Functioneel Beheer vorm je samen met je collega's de schakel tussen gebruikers van verschillende applicaties en de DevOps-teams. Of het nu gaat om een module voor kentekenonderzoek, applicaties voor opsporings- en handhavingsteams of bedrijfsvoering applicaties; jij en je team zijn verantwoordelijk voor de inrichting en het functioneel beheer ervan. Voor het team dat zich bezighoudt met de Ontwikkeltooling (onder andere Jira en Confluence) zijn wij op zoek naar een nieuwe collega! Als senior functioneel beheerder heb je een scherp oog voor allerlei samenhangen, zowel binnen als buiten je eigen aandachtsgebied en blijf je voortdurend alert op ontwikkelingen en vernieuwingen in de digitale wereld. Het inspelen op deze ontwikkelingen en het bedenken van slimmere en effectievere inrichtingen geeft jou energie. Als belangrijke adviseur voor gebruikers geef je advies over toepassingsmogelijkheden en vertaal je hun behoeften naar technische oplossingen. Je handelt incidenten en verzoeken snel en efficiënt af, signaleert knelpunten en analyseert mogelijke fouten, waarop je wijzigingen en verbeteringen doorvoert. Daarnaast begeleid je functionele (acceptatie)tests en draag je bij aan het stimuleren en bewaken van de integriteit en betrouwbaarheid van gegevensverzamelingen. Je voert binnen het team ook coördinerende taken uit. Dat vraagt overzicht op de werkzaamheden en het team en ook van tijd tot tijd het coachen van collega's. Waar ga je werken?
