Daarom zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Senior Functioneel Beheerder Leefomgeving voor 32 of 36 uur, die met ons mee wil bouwen aan de dienstverlening van de toekomst. Als Senior Functioneel Beheerder Leefomgeving zorg jij ervoor dat onze collega's kunnen vertrouwen op de applicaties en processen waarmee zij iedere dag werken. Je verbindt gebruikers, processen en IT en zorgt dat nieuwe ontwikkelingen niet alleen technisch werken, maar vooral in de praktijk waarde toevoegen. Je krijgt bij ons de ruimte om initiatief te nemen, verbeteringen door te voeren en mee te denken over hoe we onze dienstverlening slimmer kunnen organiseren. Dit ga je doen Je werkt binnen het domein Leefomgeving, onder andere aan processen rondom vergunningverlening, toezicht en handhaving (VTH) en de Omgevingswet. Je bent een ervaren functioneel beheerder die verder kijkt dan alleen het oplossen van incidenten. Je ziet waar processen beter kunnen, begrijpt wat veranderingen in wet- en regelgeving betekenen voor onze systemen en weet verschillende belangen bij elkaar te brengen. Concreet ga je: - Verantwoordelijk zijn voor het dagelijks functioneren en verbeteren van applicaties binnen Leefomgeving; - Gebruikers adviseren en helpen om applicaties optimaal te benutten; - Wijzigingen, releases en implementaties begeleiden van idee tot ingebruikname; - Complexe problemen analyseren en samen met gebruikers en leveranciers oplossen; - Nieuwe functionaliteiten testen en zorgen dat wijzigingen ...
