Jouw rol Bij gemeente Westland beheer en verbeter je de applicaties binnen het Sociaal Domein. Je werkt onder andere met Suite4SociaalDomein, Stratech en Vroegsignaleren. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen gebruikers, processen, IT en leveranciers. Je ziet wat er beter kan, neemt initiatief en zorgt dat veranderingen goed worden uitgevoerd. De komende periode staat er veel te gebeuren. Zo werken we aan de implementatie van Stratech in de Cloud en bereiden we de aanbesteding van Suite4SociaalDomein voor. Een mooie uitdaging voor iemand die graag vooruitkijkt én zorgt dat de dagelijkse dienstverlening stabiel blijft. Dit ga je doen: - Je beheert en verbetert applicaties binnen het Sociaal Domein. - Je adviseert over processen en de inzet van informatiesystemen. - Je coördineert wijzigingen, releases en implementaties. - Je analyseert en lost complexe incidenten en functionele problemen op. - Je werkt samen met gebruikers, leveranciers en interne teams. - Je test en accepteert nieuwe functionaliteiten en bewaakt de kwaliteit. - Je houdt overzicht over de werkvoorraad en bepaalt samen met het team de prioriteiten. - Je helpt het functioneel beheer binnen gemeente Westland verder te professionaliseren. Dit breng jij mee Je hebt hbo werk- en denkniveau en minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als functioneel beheerder, bij voorkeur binnen een gemeente of andere bestuurlijke organisatie.
