Senior fysiotherapeut Oss - Uden 24-36 uur Cliënten blijvend in beweging brengen én samen met collega's de zorg elke dag een stap beter maken. Krijg jij daar energie van? Als senior fysiotherapeut bij Bruyst combineer je jouw vakinhoudelijke expertise, overzicht en ervaring om echt impact te maken, voor cliënten én voor het team. Oprechte, persoonlijke zorg staat altijd centraal. Dit ga je doen In deze rol werk je in een multidisciplinair team van fysiotherapeuten, assistentes en andere paramedische specialisten. Je begeleidt een brede en diverse cliëntengroep en levert zorg die verder gaat dan de klacht alleen. Dankzij de ondersteuning van onze backoffice kun jij je volledig richten op de inhoud. Zo zorgen we vanaf het eerste contact voor aandacht, kwaliteit en welzijn van de client. Je kijkt verder dan herstel alleen en helpt cliënten inzicht te krijgen in hun belastbaarheid, mogelijkheden en toekomst. Je zorgt dat zij zich gehoord en gezien voelen en stemt waar nodig af met collega's om samen de best passende zorg te bieden. Daarmee draag je niet alleen bij aan herstel, maar ook aan blijvende vitale gezondheid en beweging. Binnen het team neem je een duidelijke seniorrol in. Je deelt actief kennis en ervaring, denkt mee over kwaliteitsverbetering, innovatie en behandelvisies en fungeert als sparringpartner voor collega's. Zo bouw je mee aan een professionele, lerende werkomgeving waarin samenwerken, ontwikkelen en hoogwaardige cliëntenzorg hand in hand gaan met werkplezier. Er is veel ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en zelfstandigheid.
