Met jouw werk geef je vorm aan vooruitstrevende en inspirerende woningbouwprojecten in Amsterdam. Een stad die continu in beweging is en waar elke vierkante meter telt. Je draagt bij aan bijzondere plekken die niet alleen nieuwe woningen bieden maar ook het karakter van de stad versterken. Je zorgt voor een betaalbaar en goed thuis voor nu en in de toekomst. Daarbij kijk je verder dan alleen de bouw. Je denkt mee hoe buurten tot leven komen en hoe bewoners zich er thuis voelen. Er is ruimte om initiatief te nemen, te leren en je kennis in te zetten. De sfeer is betrokken en gericht op samenwerken. Wil jij bijdragen aan nieuwe woningbouwlocaties en word je blij van onderhandelen met verschillende partijen? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou als onze nieuwe: Senior gebieds- & projectontwikkelaar (32-36 uur) Wat ga je doen? Je werkt aan complexe binnenstedelijke nieuwbouwprojecten en gebiedsontwikkelingen in Amsterdam en omgeving. Je kijkt breed naar wat een buurt nodig heeft. Niet alleen woningen maar ook werk, voorzieningen en ontmoetingsplekken. Je stuurt projectteams aan, beoordeelt de haalbaarheid en zorgt voor de voortgang. Je ontwikkelt op verschillende manieren gebaseerd op ketensamenwerking, conceptuele bouw en circulariteit. Zo draag je bij aan sterke en duurzame buurten. Jij bent de verbinder die het grote plaatje ziet en bewaakt want het gaat bijna nooit zoals vooraf bedacht. Je straalt energie uit om het voor elkaar te krijgen en escaleert als het nodig is en laat je niet uit het veld slaan.
