Je werkt samen in een team onder de verantwoordelijkheid van een leidinggevende op diverse topics binnen de balans en de resultatenrekening. Hierbij werk je actief mee aan de afsluitwerkzaamheden en uit te voeren reconciliaties. Daarnaast ben je gedreven om mee projecten te ondersteunen en sta je ook in nauw contact met andere interne stakeholders.

WAT?

  • 38 uur/week (100%), overig regime (min. 80%) is bespreekbaar
  • Uurrooster: Je werkt volgens het uurrooster van de administratieve dienst met glijtijd: je start tussen 07:00 en 10:00 uur en past je dagplanning hierop aan. Je werkt enkel op weekdagen.

OVER DE JOB

  • Je zorgt voor een correcte boekhouding door gegevens te verzamelen, te genereren en correct te boeken op de juiste kostenplaats.
  • Je volgt financiële en boekhoudkundige processen op m.b.t. onze (zelfstandige) artsen, analytische boekingen, uitreiken van fiscale fiches en opvolging van balansrubrieken.
  • Je controleert alle boekhoudkundige processen en spoort fouten op.
  • Je voert reconciliaties per kwartaal uit, met bijkomende rapportages voor controlling.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor collega’s en stakeholders met betrekking tot boekhoudkundige verwerking en waarborgt kwaliteit.
  • Je blijft op de hoogte van ontwikkelingen binnen je vakgebied en draagt bij aan de optimalisatie van boekhoudkundige processen om een efficiënte werking te garanderen.

OVER JOU

  • Je hebt een diploma in een economische richting of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Je beschikt over kennis en ervaring op het gebied van financiële en boekhoudkundige administratie.
  • Je bent vlot met IT-systemen en MS Office-toepassingen zoals Excel en Outlook.
  • Kennis van Power Query en SAP is een troef.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail, zelfs onder tijdsdruk.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt initiatief om problemen op te lossen, en je communiceert helder als aanspreekpunt voor collega’s en externe partners.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld, gezien er een ver doorgedreven analytische boekhouding gevoerd wordt.
