En zo écht iets betekenen in de levens van talloze mensen. Als senior gerechtsjurist bestuursrecht bij de rechtbank Midden-Nederland in Utrecht ben jij onmisbaar in het rechtssysteem. Elke dag met trots bijdragen aan een rechtvaardige samenleving? Want de Rechtspraak werkt voor iedereen, door jou. 32 tot en met 36 uur Rechtbank Midden Nederland: locatie Utrecht | Vrouwe Justitiaplein 1 Utrecht Wist je dat jouw rol véél meer behelst dan enkel verslaglegging op de zitting? Juridische diepgang, dát is de kern van jouw baan. Zaken voorbereiden, sparren met rechters, conceptuitspraken opstellen, het komt allemaal samen in deze veelzijdige rol. Jij bent onderzoeker én mede-architect van de uitspraak. Dankzij jou kan de rechter tot de juiste overwegingen en rechtvaardige uitspraken komen. Jij brengt relevante feiten en beroepsgronden helder in kaart, vraagt aanvullende stukken op en zoekt aanvullende jurisprudentie op. Tijdens de zitting zit je naast de rechter als griffier en ben je scherp op nieuwe informatie die impact kan hebben op de uiteindelijke uitspraak. Waar mogelijk denk je mee met de rechter over het stellen van de juiste vragen. Na afloop komen jij en de rechter(s) bij elkaar om te raadkameren. Vervolgens schrijf jij de conceptuitspraak, waarmee je de basis legt voor een rechtvaardige beslissing. Extra boeiend: jij verdiept je als senior ook in de minder gangbare en meer complexe zaken, en je begeleidt en ondersteunt collega's en stagiairs. Ook heb je een coördinerende rol in de zaaksbehandeling. Bovendien ben je een kritische sparringpartner voor de rechter en deel je jouw expertise met collega's, waarmee je bijdraagt aan de kwaliteit en uniformiteit van ons werk.
