Aufgaben:

* Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung des Konsolidierungsprozesses der gesamten Unternehmensgruppe nach UGB

* Durchführung / Verantwortung der Konzernkonsolidierung im Team sowie Erstellung des konsolidierten Konzernabschlusses nach UGB (mittelfristig IFRS)

* Weiterentwicklung eines Konsolidierungshandbuchs inkl. Definition gruppenweiter Bilanzierungs- und Reportingstandards

* Steuerung und Koordination der lokalen Finance-Organisationen im Rahmen der Abschluss- und Reportingprozesse

* Prüfung und Plausibilisierung der gelieferten Finanzdaten (HB1/HB2), Sicherstellung von Qualität, Vollständigkeit und Vergleichbarkeit

* Fachliche Begleitung bei der Harmonisierung unterschiedlicher Rechnungslegungsstandards und Kontenpläne (UGB, IFRS, US GAAP etc.)

* Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer sowie Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Konzernabschlussprüfungen

* Ansprechpartner für Tochtergesellschaften bei Bilanzierungsfragen, der Überleitung auf HB II und Sonderthemen sowie Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Abschluss- und Reportingqualität

* Schnittstellenfunktion zu Group Tax (u.a. Pillar 2, Public CbCR, EU-Taxonomie), Group Controlling, Group Finance sowie Group IT

Anforderungsprofil:

* Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium (z.B. Accounting, Finance, Controlling, Wirtschaftsprüfung o. Ä.)

* Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung in der Konzernrechnungslegung, Konsolidierung oder Wirtschaftsprüfung eines internationalen Unternehmensumfelds

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung nach UGB und idealerweise nach IFRS

* Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Erstellung bzw. Begleitung konsolidierter Konzernabschlüsse sowie im Umgang mit komplexen Konzernstrukturen

* Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit Konsolidierungssystemen (idealerweise OneStream oder vergleichbare Systeme wie HFM)

* Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte strukturiert aufzubereiten, Standards zu definieren und deren Umsetzung in der Gruppe sicherzustellen

* Hands-on-Mentalität, hohe Umsetzungsstärke und pragmatischer Zugang in einem dynamischen Aufbauumfeld

* Entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
