Binnen de afdeling Technical Projects van BESIX Unitec realiseren we complexe en innovatieve totaalprojecten waarin verschillende technische disciplines samenkomen. De cluster Water & Heat richt zich specifiek op duurzame oplossingen voor waterbehandeling, energie en thermische installaties. Van pompstations en waterzuivering tot warmtenetten en industriële energieprojecten

Wij zoeken een gedreven senior hardware engineer die mee gaat werken aan het grote project in het waterproductiecentrum in Nieuwerkerken /Limburg

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de volledige hardware engineering scope binnen het project en ziet erop toe dat alle deliverables kwalitatief en tijdig worden opgeleverd.
  • Je stelt de planning en engineeringstrategie op, en bewaakt deze gedurende het volledige project om een efficiënte uitvoering te garanderen.
  • Je stuurt één of meerdere Hardware Engineers aan en zorgt voor een vlotte afstemming met andere disciplines binnen het projectteam.
  • Je organiseert en leidt het ontwerpoverleg, zowel intern als extern, waarbij je zorgt voor duidelijke besluitvorming en opvolging.
  • Je vertaalt de projectvereisten naar concrete technische concepten en een doordachte hardware-architectuur.
  • Je rapporteert op regelmatige basis over de voortgang, risico’s en aandachtspunten richting de Project Manager.
  • Je beschikt over sterke ervaring binnen industriële installaties, machinebouw en/of infrastructuurprojecten, en bent vertrouwd met complexe projectmatige technische omgevingen.
  • Je beschikt over een brede technische kennis van elektriciteit en instrumentatie, waarbij je schema’s en datasheets correct kan lezen, interpreteren en toepassen, en je bent in staat om technische fiches op te maken voor zowel elektrische als mechanische componenten.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen en begeleiden van engineeringteams en weet mensen te motiveren en richting te geven.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van relevante normen en system engineering (zoals EN 60204-1) en weet deze correct toe te passen binnen projecten.
  • Je bent besluitvaardig en communicatief sterk, en slaagt erin om het vooropgestelde concept duidelijk uit te dragen en verder op maat te ontwikkelen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, resultaatgericht en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je taken en beslissingen.
  • Je beheerst zowel het Nederlands als het Engels vlot; kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent werkzaam vanop ons kantoor in Schelle maar kan gemiddeld 1 dag in de week werken in Nieuwerkerken/ Limburg.
