Tegelen Fulltime Home Senior HR Adviseur (32-40 uur) bij VIM in Tegelen Wie zijn wij? VIM Sport & Fashion Logistics ondersteunt (internationale) merken in mode, sport en lifestyle met transport, warehousing, fulfilment en douaneafhandeling. Vanuit onze warehouses in Tegelen en Swalmen werken wij dagelijks samen met klanten, leveranciers en partners in binnen- en buitenland, met een team van betrokken collega's die elke dag gaan voor kwaliteit, flexibiliteit en groei. Jouw rol Als Senior HR Adviseur ben jij dé HR-expert binnen onze organisatie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het administratieve als ook voor zowel de operationele als tactische HR-vraagstukken. Je speelt verder een belangrijke rol in de verdere professionalisering van HR binnen VIM. Je bent een vertrouwde adviseur voor management en leidinggevenden, weet mensen te verbinden en vertaalt HR-beleid naar praktische oplossingen die bijdragen aan onze organisatiedoelstellingen. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen verzuimbegeleiding, recruitment, personeelsontwikkeling en HR-projecten. Daarbij heb je volop ruimte om met eigen ideeën en initiatieven het verschil te maken. Wat ga je doen? - Begeleiden van de volledige employee journey: van instroom tot uitstroom. - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en actuele personeelsadministratie en intermediaire voor de salaris administratie (aanleveren info t.b.v. financiële administratie en salarisbetaling). - Registreren en begeleiden van ziekteverzuim en re-integratie met verplichtingen t....
