Dolmans Landscaping Group is een toonaangevende speler binnen de groen-, boomverzorgings- en buitenruimtebranche. Vanuit verschillende gespecialiseerde bedrijven werken dagelijks honderden collega's aan een groenere, gezondere en duurzamere leefomgeving. Ondernemerschap, vakmanschap en samenwerking staan daarbij centraal. Voor de businessunits Wieringen Prins, Pius Floris Boomverzorging en de verdere integratie van een recent overgenomen organisatie zoeken wij een ervaren HR Adviseur die graag dicht op de business werkt. Je wordt de vaste sparringpartner van het management en speelt een belangrijke rol in de verdere professionalisering van HR binnen de regio. Functie-informatie: Als HR Adviseur ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor HR binnen de regio Amsterdam. Je bent een volwaardige sparringpartner voor de businessunitmanager en ondersteunt leidinggevenden bij uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken. Je adviseert niet alleen over dagelijkse personeelszaken, maar denkt ook actief mee over de verdere ontwikkeling van de organisatie. Je beweegt je gemakkelijk tussen operationele vraagstukken en tactisch HR-advies. Daarbij weet je precies wanneer je moet meebewegen met de business en wanneer je juist kritisch advies moet geven. De komende jaren staat de organisatie voor mooie uitdagingen. Denk aan de verdere professionalisering van HR-processen, leiderschapsontwikkeling, harmonisatie na overnames, duurzame inzetbaarheid en de implementatie van een nieuw HR-systeem. Jij speelt hierin een belangrijke rol.
