Je beweegt je moeiteloos tussen de werkvloer en het management en hebt scherp inzicht in wat er speelt binnen de teams. Je combineert operationele en tactische HR-taken -zoals verzuimbegeleiding, medewerkersadvies, werving & selectie en procesverbetering- met een actieve bijdrage aan de verdere ontwikkeling en professionalisering van het HR-beleid. Hiermee lever je een zichtbare bijdrage aan een stabiel en groeiend familiebedrijf waar jouw expertise optimaal wordt benut en je de ruimte krijgt om je verder te ontwikkelen. Wat ga je doen? Als senior HR-adviseur ben je hét aanspreekpunt voor leidinggevenden en fungeer je als adviseur bij HR-vraagstukken. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen operationeel, tactisch en strategisch niveau en weet waar je prioriteiten liggen. - Signaleren van knelpunten en adviseren over personele vraagstukken; - Adviseren van management en teamleiders over organisatieontwikkeling, leiderschap en medewerkersvraagstukken - Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van HR-beleid (o.a. persoonlijke ontwikkeling, vitaliteit, medewerkerstevredenheid en duurzame inzetbaarheid); - Initiëren en implementeren van HR-projecten en procesoptimalisaties - Analyseren van HR-data en signaleren van trends en verbeterkansen - Samenwerken met externe partners zoals arbodienst en salarisverwerking Wij vragen Wat breng je mee?
