Als Senior HR Adviseur en lid van het MT bij Heemzicht heb je een zichtbare rol in de verdere ontwikkeling van onze organisatie. Je verbindt strategie met de dagelijkse praktijk, ondersteunt leidinggevenden bij uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken en helpt bouwen aan een werkomgeving waarin medewerkers zich gezien, gesteund en gewaardeerd voelen.

Je krijgt ruimte om richting te geven, initiatief te nemen en verbeteringen écht van idee naar uitvoering te brengen. Van organisatieontwikkeling tot on-boarding, van ondersteunen van leidinggevenden tot datagedreven beleid en van AFAS tot duurzame inzetbaarheid: jij zorgt dat HR aansluit bij wat Heemzicht nu én straks nodig heeft.

Wat ga je doen?

- Je denkt mee over de koers, structuur en ontwikkeling van de organisatie op HR gebied.

- Je adviseert MT en leidinggevenden over HR-beleid, arbeidsvoorwaarden, verzuim, functioneren, personeelsplanning en arbeidsrecht.

- Je bent een stevige sparringpartner die luistert, doorvraagt, adviseert en helpt keuzes concreet te maken.

- Je zet actief in op preventie van verzuim, duurzame inzetbaarheid en een gezonde werkomgeving.

- Je gebruikt HR-data en managementinformatie om ontwikkelingen te signaleren, advies te geven en opvolging te stimuleren.

- Je verbetert HR-processen en draagt bij aan duidelijke, werkbare afspraken binnen Heemzicht.

- Je begeleidt leidinggevenden zorgvuldig bij verzuimtrajecten, wet- en regelgeving, arbo, sociale zekerheid en passende interventies.

- Het HR team bestaat op dit moment uit totaal 2 personen, waardoor er ook oper
