You translate HR policies into practical solutions and guide managers on topics such as absenteeism management, performance, employee development, employment law, and team development. Thanks to your pragmatic approach, you know how to connect people, encourage ownership, and deliver results. In addition, you actively contribute to improving HR processes and implementing HR initiatives that support the continued professionalization of the organization. You work closely with colleagues across the HR team, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Payroll, Health & Fit, and the HR Support Center.
