Tegelen Fulltime Home Senior HR Advisor (32-40 hours per week) at VIM Tegelen Who Are We? VIM Sport & Fashion Logistics supports international and domestic brands in the fashion, sports and lifestyle industries with transport, warehousing, fulfilment and customs clearance. From our warehouses in Tegelen and Swalmen, we work closely with customers, suppliers and partners in the Netherlands and abroad. Our dedicated team is committed to delivering quality, flexibility and continuous growth every day. Your Role As a Senior HR Advisor, you will be the key HR expert within our organisation. You will be responsible for HR administration as well as operational and tactical HR matters. You will also play an important role in the further professionalisation of HR within VIM. You will act as a trusted advisor to management and team leaders, bringing people together and translating HR policies into practical solutions that support our organisational objectives. You will confidently handle a wide range of responsibilities, from absence management and recruitment to employee development and HR projects. You will also have plenty of opportunities to make a difference through your own ideas and initiatives.
