Senior HR-beleidsadviseur Diversiteit, Inclusie en Integriteit RIVM Functie omschrijving Dit ga je doen Als senior HR-beleidsadviseur Diversiteit, Inclusie en Integriteit bij het RIVM ontwikkel, verbind en evalueer je organisatiebreed HR-beleid. Je eerste en belangrijkste opdracht richt zich op de thema's diversiteit, inclusie en integriteit. Je brengt structuur en samenhang aan, vertaalt ambities naar helder beleid en zorgt dat concrete interventies ook daadwerkelijk worden geborgd. De functie is nadrukkelijk breder dan een thematische D&I- of integriteitsfunctie. Je hebt een stevige basis in het HR-beleidsvak en wordt ook op andere complexe HR-thema's ingezet wanneer de strategische agenda daar om vraagt. Affiniteit met diversiteit, integriteit en sociale veiligheid is noodzakelijk, terwijl je professionele beleidskwaliteit, evenwichtig oordeelsvermogen en realisatiekracht doorslaggevend zijn voor succes. Dit ga je doen Je richt je op het bouwen van een veilige, inclusieve en integere organisatiecultuur. Je doorloopt daarin de volledige beleidscyclus, van signaleren en analyseren tot agenderen, implementeren en evalueren. Binnen de kernportefeuille diversiteit en inclusie werk je aan een meerjarige visie die naadloos aansluit op de strategie RIVM 2030 en de opgave voor een aantrekkelijk werkklimaat. Daarnaast breng je het integriteits- en vertrouwenslandschap van het RIVM helder in kaart. Je verheldert rollen en verantwoordelijkheden tussen de integriteitscoördinator, vertrouwenspersonen, HR en management. Je richt je hierbij op het ordenen en borgen van het stelsel en de preventieve kant. De inhoudelijke behandeling van individuele meldingen en casuïstiek ligt niet bij jou.
