Senior HR Business Partner - Breijer - Rotterdam Introductie Nieuw Strategisch meedenken én met beide voeten in de praktijk staan? Als Senior HR Business Partner bij Breijer krijg je de ruimte om management uit te dagen, verandering aan te jagen en HR verder te professionaliseren. Een stevige HR-rol binnen een organisatie die volop in beweging is. Organisatie Breijer is onderdeel van Facilicom en actief binnen technische dienstverlening, bouw, onderhoud en verduurzaming van vastgoed. Met zo'n 800 professionals is het een stevige organisatie met een duidelijke Rotterdamse mentaliteit: voeten in de klei en schouders eronder. Tegelijkertijd kijkt Breijer nadrukkelijk vooruit. De komende jaren staan groei, organisatieontwikkeling en verdere professionalisering centraal. Ook binnen HR liggen mooie uitdagingen, waaronder het versterken van de samenwerking en verbinding tussen Breijer en Facilicom. Je komt terecht in een HR-team met onder andere een HR Directeur, HR Projectmanager, HR Business Partners en HR Adviseurs, ondersteund door het HR Shared Service Center en Learning & Development. Functie Als Senior HR Business Partner ben je de strategische gesprekspartner voor meerdere Business Units en maak je deel uit van verschillende managementteams. Je adviseert en challenget management en directie, maar bent niet iemand die alleen vanaf de zijlijn adviseert. Juist de combinatie van strategie en praktijk maakt deze rol interessant. Je krijgt veel vrijheid om initiatief te nemen en rapporteert aan de HR Directeur. - Je bent strategisch HR Business Partner voor meerdere Business Units en neemt actief deel aan de bijbehorende managementteams; - Je adviseert, coacht en challenget management en directie over leiderschap, organisatieontwikkeling en strategische HR-vraagstukken; - Vertalen van organisatiedoelstellingen naar concrete HR-oplossingen die blijvende impact hebben; - Het begeleiden van complexe personeelsdossiers van A tot Z en bent...
