Wat ga je doen als Senior HR Business Partner? Deze functie is nadrukkelijk meer dan die van een traditionele HR Business Partner. We zoeken iemand die eigenaarschap neemt en het leuk vindt om iets verder op te bouwen. Je krijgt de ruimte om mee te bepalen hoe HR zich de komende jaren ontwikkelt. Daarbij verwachten we dat je niet afwacht tot processen of kaders volledig zijn uitgewerkt, maar juist initiatief neemt, verbeteringen aandraagt en deze ook daadwerkelijk realiseert. Tegelijkertijd ben je zichtbaar in de organisatie en draai je actief mee in de dagelijkse HR-praktijk. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het verder opbouwen, professionaliseren en positioneren van de HR-afdeling; - Het ontwikkelen en implementeren van een duidelijke HR-strategie en bijbehorende processen; - Het aanbrengen van structuur, prioriteiten en verdere professionalisering binnen HR; - Het fungeren als stevige sparringpartner voor directie en management op het gebied van mens, organisatie en ontwikkeling; - Het adviseren en begele...
