Dan is deze functie jou op het lijf geschreven. Als Senior HR Business Partner kom je terecht in een dynamische productieomgeving waar duurzaamheid, innovatie en ondernemerschap centraal staan. Vanuit jouw HR-expertise ben je een belangrijke sparringpartner voor directie, management en medewerkers en draag je actief bij aan de groei en verdere professionalisering van de organisatie. Daar staat een salaris tussen € 6.000,- en € 7.500,- bruto per maand tegenover, aangevuld met 38 vrije dagen, een aantrekkelijke pensioenregeling, een eindejaars- en winstuitkering en de mogelijkheid om 32 of 40 uur per week te werken. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Adviseren van management en leidinggevenden over uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken - Begeleiden van organisatieontwikkelingen, verandertrajecten en personele vraagstukken - Ondersteunen bij instroom, doorstroom, ontwikkeling en uitstroom van medewerkers - Deelnemen aan managementoverleggen en bijdragen aan organisatiedoelstellingen - Voorbereiden en deelnemen aan overleg met de ondernemingsraad - Analyseren van HR-data en KPI's en vertalen naar verbeteracties - Onderhouden van contacten met externe partijen zoals arbodiensten en recruitmentpartners - Actief bijdragen aan de verdere professionalisering van HR binnen de organisatie Klaar om jouw HR-expertise in te zetten binnen een organisatie waar jouw advies daadwerkelijk het verschil maakt?
